The property sits in 11 hectares of beautiful grounds. Situated at the top of the estate is a wonderful, newly built tennis court which is surrounded by our vineyard, orchard and an ancient wood full of wildlife and a plethora of indigenous trees. Between the wood and the château sits our 16m swimming pool with wonderful views down the valley and across the Gers countryside.

Having acquired the château in 2003, an extensive programme of renovation and interior design began. The six main bedrooms each have their own unique style. Our approach has been to blend contemporary and antique furniture from France, London and New York and to complement this with spectacular hand-printed wallpapers. Alongside the main bedrooms is a huge studio with its own bathroom, a perfect dormitory for up to six children. The wing comprises two smaller but very comfortable double bedrooms. Depending on the room allocations we can comfortably sleep up to 24 people.

In summer the courtyard is the centre of chateau life, with most meals taken under the shade of the chestnut trees. However, guests can also use the glamorous grand salon, with double doors at either end, offering enchanting views down the valley and into the courtyard. Guests can relax and socialise in the comfort and elegance of the Clubroom where they can take afternoon tea or maybe even catch a quiet nap while no one is looking. Alternatively, the petit salon offers a more formal space to relax with a beautiful Steinway mini grand piano just waiting to be played. We also have a full sized snooker table and a children’s lounge with Sky TV and a DVD player. Other facilities include baby-foot, table tennis, boules and a trampoline.

Beneath the chateau you will find the huge vaulted cave. We have recently converted this spectacular 30m long space to be a dramatic interior location for parties, weddings and other events.
